Every arrangement is designed specifically for you. Once flowers leave our shop, we can’t resell or reuse them—this is standard practice across most retail flower shops.

While refunds are not offered, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with your order (for example, damaged flowers or an incorrect item), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll do our best to make it right, which may include:
- A replacement (at our discretion)
- A store credit (when appropriate)
